Sales Specialist SMB

Your mission
Major duties include:
  • Demonstrates high energy and ownership toward supporting the Outside Sales Team and their corresponding accounts
  • Oversees the internal account administration of a variety of international accounts.
  • Responsible for resolving any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts including returns, delayed orders and purchase order discrepancies and tracking, etc.
  • Accurately processes Sales Orders and Trial Accounts via SalesForce and Dynamics 365 Finance software for assigned accounts.
  • Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g., inventory levels,
                pricing, product information, representation information, etc.)
  • Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders & special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end
  • Responds to all communications and inquires within specified guidelines
  • Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
  • Assist in all export documentation, related to international direct shipments
  • Assists the International Sales team in interacting with the Operations department to ensure sales orders for direct
                shipments are reported to Finance department for on-time invoicing
  • Assists and guides end-user and business partners through our wide array of solutions via Web Conferencing
  • Collects full pre-payment on all hardware/software orders, unless credit terms are pre-approved by Finance Department
  • Ensures all sales orders reflect accurate currency amount in relation to any foreign currency or updated exchange rates
  • Process and follow up on trial/demo accounts
  • Assists in order entry for leads or special events as needed
  • Maintains the data integrity of our business partner profiles in both Dynamics 365 Finance, SalesForce and our various platforms.
  • Assists with other various projects as needed
  • Promotes our Dynamix Culture in all interaction
  • Identify new SMB sales opportunities through market research, lead generation and networking
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within SMB organizations
Your profile
  • Preferably, 1-3 yrs. Inside sales experience
  • Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing 
  • Demonstrate business communication skills (Verbal and written, and engages in a consultative type of discussions
