Role Description
 
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with Dynamix Labs PVT LTD, located in Hyderabad, India. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and enhancing the finance and operations of the client's Microsoft Dynamics AX /365. The role is partly remote where some of the work can be done remotely.
Your profile

Key Responsibilities :
  • Serves as Key project team member, providing expertise in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 FIN and related areas.
  • Manage and troubleshoot all Level 3 Dynamics AX Support tickets for domestic and international users.
  • Create and support workflows in AX as needed.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request and manage access to the Dynamics AX system
  • Evaluate and respond to performance logs and alerts, including operating system, Dynamics AX system and related systems
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Understand the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement.     
  • Be responsible for documenting business requirements, which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Work on Vendor Management, Customer Management, Purchase Order & Invoice matching.
  • Reviews all new releases of Dynamics 365 & functional content.
  • Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 application to meet or exceed customer’s business process requirements.
  • Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
  • Support & modify as needed the AX Financial modules and their configurations specifically Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Sourcing.
 
Required Skills and Abilities :
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX /365 and other ERPS.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain Business Processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, or similar reporting toolset.
  • Functional knowledge of all Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Retail, and Sales.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, as well as independently on assigned tasks.
  • Experience working in a general bookkeeping or accounting position specifically in the areas of accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
  •  Experience working in a highly computerized environment and processing financial transactions using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and/or accounting software.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sub-ledgers and how they translate to general ledgers. 
  • Understanding of the principles of accounts payable processes, systems, and taxation.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion and organize workloads. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt, troubleshoot, research solutions, and make recommendations to improve work efficiencies.
