The role and responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus will be handling any requests in our sales cycle. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Client Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology challenges, operational requirements, and business goals.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell technology solutions and managed services that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Sales Proposals & Presentations: Develop customized proposals, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and present solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and future business opportunities.
- Market & Technology Awareness: Stay up to date on IT industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing account success.
