Your mission
The Team Lead is responsible for driving communication across the organization and coordinate efforts to resolve issues and ensure that customer needs are met. They take a proactive role in taking the lead in following up with both internal and external stakeholders to gather information, identify solutions, and track progress of all tickets submitted. This individual will lead a team of support specialists and be responsible for providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
Your profile
Team Leads play a significant role in the closure of all open tickets. They actively drive the communication across the organization by coordinating the needed action to the different support teams. They leave detailed information - instructions, requests and assignments to the thread. They connect users working in the same ticket . They sort out constraints that prevents tasks from being completed, especially the critical ones.
